Since 1980, Lori’s specialty has been Taft-Hartley trust fund collections. She serves as collection counsel for numerous trust funds and uses a wide variety of non-litigation enforcement mechanisms as well as litigation. In addition, she provides comprehensive general counsel services for pension and health and welfare plans, advising trustees on the full scope of plan legal issues.

She is a member of the State Bar of California’s Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the AFL-CIO’s Lawyers Coordinating Committee.

Before becoming of counsel to the firm, Lori was a share holder of McCarthy, Johnson & Miller and served as Assistant House Counsel for the Carpenters Trust Funds of Northern California. Lori graduated from New College of California School of Law after attending the University of California, Berkeley.
