Ms. Medina is an associate at Kraw Law Group and focuses on the representation of multiemployer benefit funds. She counsels pension and health and welfare plans on all aspects of law, including plan design, regulatory compliance, operational matters, legal issues relating to plan investments, and litigation matters. Prior to joining Kraw Law Group, she was an experienced Human Resources Manager.
Ms. Medina received her Juris Doctor degree and Public Interest and Social Justice Law certificate from Santa Clara University School of Law. She was a student associate at the Workers’ Rights Clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She is admitted to practice in California.
