Valentina Mindirgasova represents Taft-Hartley funds in withdrawal liability matters and other litigation nationwide, and also advises benefit plans on compliance matters. She is a graduate of California Western School of Law (2010). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007.
